Lenders One Virtual Summit Series:
Results, Culture and the
Pursuit of Happiness

September 14 | 1:00-2:00 PM E

Believe it or not, happiness and positivity have a profound effect on not only our team culture but also on the results we can expect from them. Many leaders view the idea of happiness and positivity in the workplace as just superficial, feel-good nonsense. But the best leaders recognize that happiness has profound implications for both the team’s culture and productivity, and this understanding is supported by robust research in the fields of neuroscience and the social sciences. In this session, we’ll spend a little time discussing the theory behind happiness, unearthing its roots in positive psychology and neuroscience. Then we’ll move quickly into a constructive framework, offering some tangible and measurable ways to impact productivity, your culture and overall results for the better.
